Love & Trust
There are two ways energy can leave your energy system in fear and doubt or love and trust. Throughout the life you choose, from moment to moment, whether you learn through fear and doubt or through love and trust. No matter which way you choose, energy continues to enter your energy system at the crown of your head and leave through each of the centers in your energy system When energy leaves the center in fear and doubt, it produces an experience. When it leaves in love and trust, it produces a different experience.
No matter where or how energy leaves your energy system, it produces an emotion.
Fear and doubt produce painful emotions such as anger, jealously, grief and vengefulness. When energy leaves a center in fear and doubt, the result is always painful. Love and trust produce positive emotions, such a gratitude, contentment and joy. Positive emotions are always produced when energy leaves a center in love and trust.
Fear & love "No one needs to learn how to love. What is necessary is to drop your fears. When fear is gone, love is present. Love and fear cannot exist together. You cannot stir up a pot of love and serve it. It is acommodity that is always with you. But fear takes your natural feelings and constricts them. If they are squeezed long and hard enough, you come to a place where the very thought of giving love causes constriction in the body the throat, chest, or stomach. You yearn to say something loving, but you tighten up. This is fear. It is not that you are basically an unloving person. I have never seen anyone who is not loving, just as I have never seen anyone who is not courageous. There is a fear that if you give out love, the other person will reject it.There was a time when it was much easier to spontaneously love, because there was time for love. Now there is time for pleasure, but no time for love. Love takes time. It helps to start very young, and if you are so busy that you cannot show love to the young, they will grow up and find that they have no time for love either." -- Bartholomew
One of the things I notice about life is that people don't reach for things they don't know exist. Maybe you will reach far enough to experience the truth of what I am trying to convey. However, if your actions are not in alignment with your thoughts and feelings then you are only wasting your energy and cutting yourself off from your Source.The goal I hold for you is an incredibly joyful transformation in your life.
