I know with my own jewelry party plan business I started out thinking it would be a fun part time income that has become a passion that now provides a full time income. This is often the case when you come across something you love and it gives you the financial rewards that brings you financial security and financial freedom.

So if you find you start out with a relatively small goal of simply having some extra money each month you might find that you have struck gold and will get the financial rewards that creates serious wealth for you.

What is important is having a good think about what you want, why you want it and how you're going to achieve it so you can get there - basically goal setting. Often you start getting into something and find that other things are coming to you and you're learning much more about it all once you're in it. So this changes your initial ideas and expectations but that's why reassessing your goals is useful and normal.

Building a successful home based party plan business is a great way to achieve your dreams of financial freedom, especially as it can be done part time when you're working full time, a parent working at home, a student looking for a decent income and need something that fits into your lifestyle. Once you know what you want you can put in the efforts to make it happen.

The idea of men wearing waistcoats today seems rather non-existent to Mio Destino men do not tend to wear them unless they are attending a wedding or some sort of other similar formal occasion, or of course those unflattering, heavily patterned monstrosities that are often seen on BBC 2s dull snooker players!

A male co-worker (and avid supporter of the waistcoat!) suggested I write for MioBlog about the topic which I did find slightly daunting but after his eagerness and assurance that they are the way forward, I started to believe that maybe a man may know something about mens fashion that I perhaps had not considered! After all, if men can wear a cardigan and make it look good, they should have no problems with a waistcoat!

The most fashionable trends consist of wearing a plain coloured waistcoat in a casual way. Fashion designers this spring have featured the mans waistcoat by layering more than one casually over each other. If this is too trendy for you men reading this, then a plain coloured waistcoat can be worn over a plain white t-shirt as seen at Krus Van Assche this Spring, which is just as sexy especially as it is so laid back and has a fit chest on show!

Another way is to dress up the waistcoat slightly, a look that I have noticed on celebrities more and more recently. Singer Lemar was seen wearing a waistcoat over a satin shirt during his performance at the BIC in Bournemouth (steer clear of the satin if you have a few rolls you want to remain hidden), whilst I noticed Vernon Kay and Jason Donovan on television, sporting similar looks. The best waistcoats can be found at a more cost effective price at Topman, the black textured waistcoat is best for daytime looks.

One tip men, if youre going to be wearing the waistcoat casually, DONT DO IT UP, youll just end up looking like you dad!

There are two ways energy can leave your energy system in fear and doubt or love and trust. Throughout the life you choose, from moment to moment, whether you learn through fear and doubt or through love and trust. No matter which way you choose, energy continues to enter your energy system at the crown of your head and leave through each of the centers in your energy system When energy leaves the center in fear and doubt, it produces an experience. When it leaves in love and trust, it produces a different experience.

No matter where or how energy leaves your energy system, it produces an emotion.

Fear and doubt produce painful emotions such as anger, jealously, grief and vengefulness. When energy leaves a center in fear and doubt, the result is always painful. Love and trust produce positive emotions, such a gratitude, contentment and joy. Positive emotions are always produced when energy leaves a center in love and trust.

Fear & love "No one needs to learn how to love. What is necessary is to drop your fears. When fear is gone, love is present. Love and fear cannot exist together. You cannot stir up a pot of love and serve it. It is acommodity that is always with you. But fear takes your natural feelings and constricts them. If they are squeezed long and hard enough, you come to a place where the very thought of giving love causes constriction in the body the throat, chest, or stomach. You yearn to say something loving, but you tighten up. This is fear. It is not that you are basically an unloving person. I have never seen anyone who is not loving, just as I have never seen anyone who is not courageous. There is a fear that if you give out love, the other person will reject it.There was a time when it was much easier to spontaneously love, because there was time for love. Now there is time for pleasure, but no time for love. Love takes time. One of the things I notice about life is that people don't reach for things they don't know exist. Maybe you will reach far enough to experience the truth of what I am trying to convey. However, if your actions are not in alignment with your thoughts and feelings then you are only wasting your energy and cutting yourself off from your Source.The goal I hold for you is an incredibly joyful transformation in your life. Traffic can be unpredictable, so if you plan to ride your bike in it, you must be alert at all times. It takes times before you can ride on the freeway with confidence, but it is worth it. Bicycles save gas and help the environment, so if you own a bike, you should consider riding it in the city.

Alertness is important if you want to ride your bike in traffic because you need to know where you are on the freeway at all times. You never want to wake up in the morning and then go biking on the freeway, especially if you are a little tired or kind of sleepy. Tired people's alertness levels are low and sounds such as horns and people's voices seem distant. You should get a drink of coffee before you get on your bike in the morning to increase your awareness. If you stay out late and only get a few hours' sleep, you should not ride your bike that morning; use your car instead.

Biking in traffic also requires common sense because most of the things you see on the freeway can be avoided. For example, if you see a car that is speeding and passing other cars in your rear view bike mirror, you should get out of the way. If the car is choosing different random lanes to pass the other cars, when it reaches you, you might get hit. Using your common sense will come in handy many times during your ride in traffic, so always make smart decisions.

Aggression helps in tough spots, so you have to use it if you want a good spot in busy traffic. There will be times when you are in a lane and need to get into another one, but the cars will not give you the space. You have to be aggressive if you want to get into the spot you need so that you do not miss your exit on the freeway. It will not be easy, but once you learn how to stand your ground, you will be able to get the spot you want in traffic.

You must always make yourself be seen in traffic, because if you do not, cars will not know your place on the freeway. Here is a great example, suppose you're riding your bike in front of a dump truck; these trucks are huge and drivers cannot see around them. If a car decides to pass this truck to get directly it front of it, it will not be able to see you because you are riding a bike. A bike is thin and the driver will not be able to see you until he or she gets ready to turn in front of the truck. To avoid this, never ride your bike near a vehicle that makes you unseen; this makes things easier for yourself and other drivers.

Never take risks no matter what other drivers may do to you while you are the freeway. Some drivers may honk their horn at you and you cannot avoid this, but you must not let them make you do something risky. They can honk their horn all they want; it is all bark and no bite so just wave your hand and let them go by.

City biking is not easy, but if you stay alert, use your common sense, be aggressive, be seen and avoid risks, you will be safe riding your bike on the freeway.
